  1. Socks in a Box is a subscription service that delivers high-quality socks to your doorstep every month. We curate a selection of stylish and comfortable socks from top brands and designers, ensuring you always have fresh options to choose from.

  2. Signing up for Socks in a Box is easy! Simply select your preferred subscription plan, provide your shipping and billing information, and await your monthly sock delivery. You can manage your subscription, including pausing or canceling, through your online account.

  3. Yes! On our amazing app, you'll have the opportunity to tell us your sock size and style preferences. We guarantee specific designs in every box, we'll do our best to tailor your selections based on your preferences. You also have a custom sock, with design of your choice on the Starter plan, or 2 on the Pro.

  4. Each month you will receive an assortment of socks based on your profile settings. Profile updates made up to 10 days before the shipping date are taken in consideration. Any other updates made within the 10 days window will fall to the next month's box.

  5. All boxes are shipped on the last business day ofeach month. The delivery time will vary depending on your location, however you can see an estimate once you update your address on the app.

  6. You can easily update your shipping or billing information by logging into your Socks in a Box account from the app and accessing the "Manage Subscription" section. From there, you'll be able to make any necessary changes to your account details.

  7. We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer flexibility with our subscriptions. You can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account settings. Just be sure to make any changes before your next billing cycle to avoid receiving a box for that month.

  8. Yes! Socks in a Box makes the perfect gift for sock enthusiasts or anyone in need of a little extra comfort and style. Simply click in manage your delivery from the app, and you can choose to send a one-time box or set up a recurring subscription for your lucky recipient.

  9. No, at the moment the account can only be managed from the app.
